Are you passionate about community building?
We are recruiting a team of fellows to work with our Slack community on multiple streams.
If you’ve been looking to develop your personal brand and expertise in your field, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. With access to our online community of over 2000 members, you will build a thriving discussion space and have access to a launchpad for your best ideas.
What does success look like?
- A rich communication experience. Members sharing ideas, resources and interesting articles to develop discussion around your field.
- Assembling a workflow / guidance on how to get into your field so junior members or career changers have somewhere to start.
- A regular programme of high quality events. This could look like a series of regular events with ample opportunity for discussion and collaboration. Virtual, in-person or both.
Through connecting people we aim to increase the surface area of opportunity for collaboration and development.

who you are
- Experience isn't about years. If you've helped others in your industry—mentoring, guiding, excelling—let's hear from you!
- You should be someone who understands the nuances of your field, keeping your finger on the pulse of your industry and you’re excited about new ideas/developments!
- You should be a proactive, tech-savvy (almost goes without saying) individual comfortable with balancing your priorities getting things done!
- We’re open to global applications but you must be able to host events in UK/US time zones and generally be familiar with the working environment in these locations.
- An approximate commitment of 2 hours per week
- You're willing to take ownership of and engage with your slack channel regularly
Streams and how they work
The streams are staggered across the year. The first one- coding and data has launched already, we are recruiting for product and design which will launch in August . Each stream lasts 3 months.
